Designed for stability, simplicity & ease of use for Personnel and Material Transport. The Pioneer 1200 PC is the updated version of the RT-01 PC which UTV has manufactured since 1997. The Pioneer 1200 PC Low Ground Pressure Vehicle base weight is 8,500 lbs. Available payload is 1,600 lbs. Available tracks are 28″ symmetric winter track or 36” asymmetric winter tracks, 29″ or 33″ high profile all season rubber tracks with heat treated aluminum inserts or 33″ D-Dent track. The Pioneer can be built with winter tracks interchangeable with rubber tracks giving a full all season capability. Maximum speed is 16 mph.

A 2 man or a 4 man closed cab is available with an optional deck. The Pioneer 1200 PC will climb 100% (45o) vertical and 75% (37o) side slopes. Ground pressure at 1.05 PSI with 36″ winter tracks and 1.36 PSI with 28″ winter tracks provides for excellent flotation. The Tier 4 Pioneer 1200 PC features a 134 HP Deutz AG electronic engine which combined with the completed unit weight of approximately 8,500 lbs gives a greater power to weight ratio than any other tracked personnel carrier. The difference when climbing hills in your area will be noticeable.

A full cold start package is available as are 2, 4 or 6 way plows and a 10,000 lb or 12,000 lb electric winch. U Blades are available as well. The standard Pioneer 1200 PC will start at up to -4ºF / -20ºC. Standard equipment includes a block heater and glow plugs. With the block heater plugged in, it will start at up to -13ºF / -25ºC. If no external power is available for the block heater, the addition of a programmable 12v engine coolant heater will provide for the same engine start at up to -13ºF / -25ºC. Adding a 120v oil tank heater if external power is available, synthetic engine & ISO 22 hydraulic oil & a winter bridge and engine cover will provide for engine start up to -22ºF / -30ºC. An extreme cold package for engine start & operations up to -40ºF / -40ºC is available as well.
